Rio Women’s Leadership Network

Based at Columbia Global Center Rio, the Women’s Leadership Network equips professionals across Brazil with the skills, connections, and confidence to lead change in their sectors and communities.
A diverse cohort of professionals is chosen through a rigorous selection process. Those accepted then spend a year participating in a modular program that blends leadership training, mentorship, and networking, under the supervision of Columbia Global Center Rio and in close collaboration with faculty from Columbia University. Sessions take place both at the Rio Center and on campus at Columbia University in New York. By combining local expertise with the guidance and knowledge of Columbia faculty, the Rio Women’s Leadership Network is creating a cross-sector community of leaders poised to shape Brazil’s future.
