Reid Hall Faculty Visitorship

Each year, Columbia Global Center Paris and the Institute for Ideas and Imagination (II&I) welcome select Columbia University faculty and researchers to spend up to three weeks at historic Reid Hall, the home of the Center and Institute, in the heart of Montparnasse, Paris.
Selected faculty can work on their research with Institute fellows and other colleagues in Paris, as well as organize workshops, talks, and conferences. Visitors can also contribute to the Paris Center’s podcast/video series, or take part in a public lecture or panel discussion, while receiving housing, administrative support, and office space at Reid Hall.
Whether pouring over rare archives in Paris, advancing collaborations with French researchers, or co-leading a workshop with an II&I Fellow, faculty visitors can access the knowledge and networks needed to deepen their scholarship.
