The Politics, Economics and Literature of Displacement

A multi-disciplinary panel discussion of the politics and storytelling of exile.
Hannah Lillith Assadi’s new novel, Paradiso 17 (Knopf), is about the life trajectory of a young Palestinian displaced in the Nakba of 1948 from his homeland.
To mark the publication of the novel, this panel, featuring Assadi, will discuss how the book's themes may be reflected in current events.
